Professor Shan Bo Won the Outstanding Achievements Award of Colleges and Universities Scientific Research (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES)

Recently, Outstanding Achievements Award of Colleges and Universities Scientific Research (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES), one of the most credible and influential awards in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences in China has published its awards list. Professor Shan Bo’s paper How Does Western Communication Theory Relate to Marxism?  won the second prize.

The Outstanding Achievements Award of Colleges and Universities Scientific Research (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES) is a national award. The award is selected every three years, and the competition for the award is extremely fierce. The selection is divided into the Prize for Works and Papers, Award for Consulting Service Report, Prize for Popular Books and Award for Youth Achievement. Prize for Popular Books and Award for Youth Achievement are not classified into grades, and other two awards are evaluated on a scale from 1 to 3 and also a special prize in addition. It is reported that Wuhan University won 59 awards in total, including 8 first prizes, 30 second prizes, 10 third prizes, 2 Popular Books Awards and 9 Youth Achievement Awards, ranking the fourth in all the universities and colleges of the whole country.
