重塑“事实”——观看新闻、纪录片和真实电视

内容提要:本文旨在理解各类型节目间的关联以及它们与受众的联系。本文始于以下观点:当前各类新闻、时事,纪录片以及流行事实类型湍流齐聚,激荡各类节目,事实电视正遭遇风格重塑。“混种”是目前“事实性”的显著特征。各类流行事实节目混杂着虚构与非虚构成分,将事实与虚构的界限模糊到极限。流行的事实类型不再自我封闭、稳定而易知,它们移植、突变、复制。重要的是,它们跨入现有事实类型,并与已有类型杂交,加快新闻、时事、纪录片的变化步伐。观者并非抽身事外作壁上观,他们本身就是这场闹哄哄的“事实性”混种的参与者。他们的观看策略也反应了他们塑造事实性的过程。

Restyling Factuality: the Reception of News, Documentary, and Reality Genres
AbstractThe research in this article is about understanding genres in relation to each other and in relation to popular audiences. It takes as a starting point the idea that factual television is being restyled, that various kinds of news, current affairs, documentary and popular factual genres are part of a turbulent time in broadcasting. Hybridity is now the distinctive feature of factuality. The boundaries between fact and fiction have been pushed to the limits in various popular factual formats that mix non-fiction and fiction genres. Popular factual genres are not self-contained, stable, and knowable, they migrate, mutate, and replicate. Significantly, they cross over into existing factual genres, with the cross pollination of styles increasing the pace of change in news, current affairs, or documentary. Viewers do not experience factual genres in isolation but as part of a chaotic mix of factuality. Viewing strategies show how audiences are dealing with the restyling of factuality.

叙述海外移民:移民受众与移民经验的建构

内容提要:本文通过对移民媒体连线节目的考察,说明了移民文化消费者创造性的参与文化协商和文化转化的过程。通过移民媒体依赖的时空伸延技术,让海外移民在互动时不依赖空间上的共同在场就能产生一种共时感和一起存在的感觉,由此移民和媒体想象并构建了这种跨国联系并产生了对应的话语和集体行为的汇集,从而构成散居海外移民的一个想象的地理空间。然后这种自我意识和移民者的自我想象慢慢制度化,并维持着相当长的时间。他们需要这些移民制度的存在,只有这样才能构建和维持充满想象、沟通和交流的移民者空间,在这个空间里,移民者的定义才能得到阐述和复制。

Narrating the Diaspora: Diasporic Audiences and the Construction of Diasporic Experience
Abstract:Through the survey of the link-up program in the diapora media, the paper highlight the process of the creative engagement of the diaspora culture consumer in the cultural negotiation and transformation. The dispora media rely on the technology of time/space distanciating, so the dispora can have the synchronicity and co-existence without simultaneous spatial co-presence. The diaspora and the media imagine and construct the relevant transnational linkages and to produce the appropriate discourses and repertoires of collective action that is constitutive of diaspora. It follows that if this self-awareness and the processes of self-imagination as a diaspora are to be instituted , and sustained over time, they require the existence of diasporic institutions, which have the capacity to construct and sustain a diasporic space of imagination, communication and exchange, a space where definitions of the diaspora can be elaborated and reproduced.

探讨无线电广播中成人谈话节目在津巴布韦的影响

内容提要:如果说无线电广播是今天非洲最流行的大众媒体形式、是发展传播学的理想媒介的话,那么,了解无线电广播的传播内容和传播方式以及听众的信息反馈就是相当有意义的事情了。本论文所分析的是一个流行的全国性成人节目在津巴布韦听众中的收听程度。这是一档深夜时分的成人谈话节目,那时侯成年人都处于闲暇状态而小孩子则应该进入梦乡了。这样的安排并没有保证节目良好的收听效果。把《只有屋顶掩房子》这档节目安排在“浅夜”,导致大多数反馈者在节目播放的时候都有计划地避免小孩在场,以免其中露骨的性爱话题让他们难堪—得以从这种尴尬局面中幸免的只有那些一个人居住的年轻人。这个节目无可避免地导致了家庭中座次的变化。探讨这个标志性成人节目对于理解发展传播学中的文化壁垒是很有意义的,尤其是鉴于此前已有研究结果表明播放具有“发展偏见”的节目从整体上来讲就是“的确不受欢迎的”,因为只有小部分非洲人收听这样的节目(茹特洁 1991)。

Exploring the impact of adult talk radio in Zimbabwe
Abstract: If radio is the most popular mass medium in Africa today and the medium of choice in development communication, then it is significant that we understand not only what and how it broadcasts but also how it is received by its listeners. This paper analyses how a popular national radio adult programme is received by its Zimbabwean listeners. The fact that the adult talk programme was scheduled late at night when adult listeners are at leisure and at a time when children are expected to be asleep did not have a guaranteed outcome. The scheduling of Chakafukidza in the ‘early’ evening made most respondents, with the exception of young adults who lived alone, systematically avoid young children during the broadcast in case the explicit adult talk embarrassed them. The programme inevitably led to changes in sitting arrangements in the home. The exploration of the reception of this flagship adult programme is significant for understanding cultural barriers in development communications, especially in the wake of research findings that have suggested that broadcasting programmes with a ‘development bias’ are on the whole ‘frankly unpopular’ as only a small percentage of Africans listen to them (Ruitjer 1991).

内容提要:本文运用民族志方法探讨长期接触全球性西方传媒文本以及其他因素如何改变摩洛哥年轻人的感知,分析由全球化造成的文化移植现象。研究揭示了由伊斯兰教/摩洛哥文化迁移至西方现代性的轨迹是不完整的,它并非是从某一象征性参照点转向另一参照点,而是从某一特定的内在特质转向另一特质。而文化“效应”是处于同一空间至少两种“文化结构”和文化存在的产物。同时,本文阐释了摩洛哥青少年由于身处不同社会经济和文化阶层带来的彼此之间的差异是如何造成其对西方现代性的不同解读和反应,这些反应可为非理性接受、理性接受、协商和完全排斥等四类。

The Day Moroccans Gave Up Couscous for Satellites: Global TV, Structures of Feeling, and Mental Emigration
AbstractUsing ethnography the paper attempts to investigate how long-term consumption of global Western media texts, other factors included, play a role in altering young Moroccans structures of feeling as well as to make sense of a new type of migration - mental emigration - as an effect of globalization has certainly yielded more complexity than clarity. The paper shows how the mental trajectory from the "repertoire" of Islam/Moroccanness to that of Western modernity is not complete, in that it does not take place from one symbolic reference point to another, but from specific characteristics inherent in one repertoire to specific characteristics inherent in another. The cultural "effect" is the product of dialectical interactions between at least two "cultural organizations" and two cultural temporalities coexisting within the same spatiality. The paper also demonstrates how difference in socio-economic and cultural strata among young Moroccans produces different readings of and reactions to Western modernity. These reactions, the paper will argue, are those of incoherent acceptance, coherent acceptance, negotiation, and coherent rejection.

当代中国电视历史剧的观众:一种批判社会学的实证研究路径

内容提要:本文是作者的博士研究,即“中国大陆1990年代中期以来的电视历史题材电视剧的观众”的初期报告。文章以近年以来在英国的观众媒体研究中出现的“批判社会研究”为路径,依照美国学者米特尔(Jason Mittell)的“电视类型理论”对电视历史题材电视剧对于中国大陆电视观众的“价值”和“意义”进行了讨论。作者于2007年10月初到2008年3月底在北京和长沙开展了10组焦点小组研究和15个深度访问,研究对象主要来自中青年两个年龄段,男女混合,共涉及人数将近60人。本文的讨论正是基于作者对这些研究数据的初步分析。作者发现,类型,知识和品质是论述这些电视历史剧对于观众的意义和价值的起点。同时,作者还在文中提出了一个“当代中国电视历史剧的观众时间感受模式”。文章提出,此研究将通过分析这个“时间感受模式”对于不同年龄层次,性别和社会条件下的观众的不同意义,从而进一步论述当代中国电视历史剧所反映的当代中国的电视,文化权力和通俗文化的本质。

The Reception of Historical Drama on Contemporary Chinese TV: a Critical Sociological Approach
AbstractThis paper grows out of the author’s doctoral research, which looks at Chinese audiences’ reception of contemporary historical dramas on Chinese TV. Inspired by the theory of TV genre proposed by American scholar Jason Mittell, the author attempts to examine how Chinese audiences critically understand and value the historical TV drama as a cultural category in contemporary Chinese popular culture. From the early October 2007 to the late March 2008, the author himself had conducted 10 focus groups and 15 in-depth interviews in Beijing and Changsha. The respondents involved are mainly young and middle-aged adults, both male and female, with nearly 60 people altogether. Based on preliminary data analysis, the author argues that genre, knowledge and quality provide us three starting points to further discuss Chinese audiences’ understanding and value judgment on the historical TV dramas. In the meantime, the author puts forward a working model of ‘time-experience’ in the paper, calling for a closer look at the nature of TV, cultural power as well as popular culture according to audiences’ social and cultural status in contemporary China.

It picks up some historic clips such as its historical background of polytechnics and the establishment of Media, Culture &Society, to give us a brief introduction of Westminster school’s characteristics. And then centers on its most important tradition as critical political economy of communication.

从精英主义新闻观念到无产阶级新闻自由

内容提要:自古以来新闻观念在两条路线上发展:从弥尔顿到马克思、恩格斯的民主主义认为言论、新闻自由是人权,应该是人人都有;从柏拉图到毛泽东的精英主义实质上是认为言论、新闻自由是部分精英所有。两条路线的分水岭为是否承认人人平等。于是出现社会自由和阶级自由的分野。多数人自由、实质自由的说法都是用来支撑阶级自由的理论的。宪法和我国签字的国籍公约分别承认公民自由和人人自由,即社会自由。以互联网为代表的新的传播技术正在促进新闻自由走近每个公民。

The New Age Calls for Renovations on Press Freedom Theory
Abstract: Journalistic Conception goes on two different directions since its birth: the democrats embodied by the great minds from Milton to Marx and Engels holds that the freedom of press belongs to human rights, which should be entitled to everyone; the elitism embodied by those from Plato to Mao Zedong, actually decide that the freedom of speech should owned by elites. The watershed of the two lines is the premise that whether everyone is equal is admitted. This caused the distinction of social freedom and class freedom. The notion of the freedom of the majority and essential freedom are applied to support the theory of the freedom of class. The constitution and the international treaties China have signed respectively admit the freedom of citizens and individuals, that is, social freedom. The new communication technology symbolized by the Internet has being entitling every citizen to access to the freedom of press.

Its Development and Applications in Online Information Studies
Abstract:With the central and peripheral routes as its key concepts, the Elaboration Likelihood Model systematically explains attitude change, thus making a contribution to research on persuasion communication. Yet, suggestions for improvement are needed at both conceptual and methodological levels. Scholars have modified and expanded the model to meet the demands of Internet studies, which shows its promising prospects in online information studies.

内容提要本文通过对阿伦特、哈贝马斯、泰勒的公共领域思想脉络的分析,考察不同的公共领域观对公共性以及媒介的不同论述和思考。作者指出公共性是一个含义多元的且不断变迁的概念,在不同的政治经济脉络和权力格局中有不同的含义。以此为框架,作者对大众传媒公共性问题作出现实批判和理论探讨,指出传媒的公共性需要在特定社会情境中展开研究,且与媒介实践直接相关。

The change of conception of public sphere and the publicity of mass media——Analyzing the thoughts about public sphere from Arendt,Habermas to Taylor
Abstract:By analyzing the train of thoughts about public sphere from Arendt, Habermas to Taylor, the author reviewed the different statements about the publicity of mass media which is related with the different opinions on public sphere. The author pointed out that the publicity was a plural and changeable political concept which had different meanings under the different political economical contexts of the society. Taking this as the frame, the problem of mass media’s publicity was criticized by reality and explored in theory.The author suggested the issue on the publicity of mass media should be related with the concerned social situations and the media practices.

——西方媒介效果研究的历史考察与反思

内容提要:伴随着传播学从学术领域的“新生儿”逐渐成长,逐步成熟,媒介效果研究在一个充满对抗与争议的语境下,确立并引导着传播学研究的多重面向。社会环境与学术理念的发展嬗变,使媒介效果研究在思辨与论战中呈现出阶段性的转向与动向。这些转向的直接原因便是媒介效果研究范式的转变。在很长一段时间内,实证主义的话语在媒介效果研究中可谓一枝独秀,但随着批判学派与文化研究在传播学领域的后来居上,批判话语的声音逐渐嘹亮。西方媒介效果研究中的范式之争,集中体现在经验学派与批判学派之间,“范式”是争论起点,更是争论焦点。虽然经验学派与批判学派的争论从未停歇,但经过多年深入而广泛的交锋与探讨,双方已从最初的相互挑剔,相互拷问,走向了更为深刻的反思、对话与整合。

——The Historical Review and Reflection on the West Media Effect Study

Abstract:Going with the development and maturity of communication as a discipline, media effect study established and guided the diversiform facets of communication research in an oppositional and disputable context. Media effect study shows staggered changing and turning because of the paradigm transformation. During a long time, positivism dominated in the media effect study, but the voice of criticism became more and more vibrant. The arguments between positivism and criticism focus on the “paradigm”. After many years discussing, the two parties tend towards more intensive reflection, dialogue and convergence, instead of excluding from each other.

从自我到文化:“范跑跑”事件的传播心理学透视

内容提要本文试图从传播心理学视角分析轰动一时的“范跑跑”事件。讨论采用了自我传播、人际传播、群体传播、大众传播、文化传播等传播类型进一步深化对事件的分析。在各种传播类型下涉及到的心理学话题包括兴趣的中心点、动机与行为、极化与去个体化、镜头偏差、归因风格与面子。希冀透过这种种侧面,对事件当事人的相关心理与行为能做出些许解释,也增加一点对该事件反映出的国民心态的了解。

From Self to Culture: a Communication Psychological Perspectivity on the Event of Running Fan
Abstract:This paper tries to analysis the event of Running Fan from a communication psychological perspectivity. The research adopts communication types (intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, group communication, mass communication, and cultural communication etc.)to ananlysis the event deeply. Under these types, we refer to some psychological topics including the center of interesting, motivation and behavior, polarization and deindividuated, the camera perspective bias, attributional types, Mianzi. This paper hopes to permeate these kinds of sides to make an explanation to the psychology and behavior of the people relevent to this event, and also increase a little understanding on the national mind about this event.

全球化背景下媒介文化产品的混杂化

内容摘要:全球化背景下,媒介文化产品的混杂化使“文化同质化”成为令人担忧的问题,同时也使对“第三种文化”的探讨浮出水面。本文在媒介文化产品传播的具体语境下,以影视节目为例,对媒介文化产品的混杂化途径及其对全球文化的影响展开分析,试图揭示全球化背景下媒介文化产品的混杂化是一个文化离心力与向心力并存、复杂多样的博弈过程,其结果在不同的文化语境下呈现出差异的型态,因而动态的情境分析才是把握文化样貌的有效进路。

The Hybridization of Media Cultural Products in the Globalization Context
——In the Perspective of Movie and Television Programs
Abstract:With the hybridization of media cultural products, “cultural homogenization” has become a worrying problem in the context of globalization. Meanwhile, the issue of “the third culture” emerges. In the context of media cultural products dissemination, taking movie and television programs as an example, this thesis intends to analyze the hybridization access of media cultural products and its influence on global culture and reveal that the hybridization of media cultural products in the globalization context is a complex process including cultural centrifugal and centripetal force and that different cultural formation types are unfolded under different contexts. Therefore, dynamic context-analysis is the effective approach to understanding culture.

内容提要:当前电视怀旧将红色历史、传统历史文化典籍推向前台,重现其生机和活力。电视怀旧不强调传统主流价值的延续和继承,并区别于意识形态下的史诗性历史,从而再造了阐释理想国家、道德意识的经典文化。但电视怀旧并不全是对经典文化的颠覆和戏说,而是挖掘经典文化新的价值层面的意义和内涵。它既是“颠覆”又是维系,既是拒斥又是认同,既是消解又是重建。

Reforging of Classic Culture by Present TV Nostalgia
Abstract :Present TV Nostalgia makes the revolutionary history , traditional culture and history books popular .The  TV nostalgia doesn’t emphasize on the continuity and succession of traditional mainstream values ,so isn’t the same as the ideological epic history , thereby reforg the classic culture advocating country and moral. The TV Nostalgia is not the  subversion to classic culture, but excavating the meaning and connotation on a new value level of classical culture. It is both “subversion” and  maintaining, both rejection and recognization, both resolution and reconstruction.

媒体接触对公众关注议程影响的实证研究

内容摘要:本研究以媒体接触程度为自变量,以公众关注议题的多少为因变量,并在分析过程中引入了性别、年龄、教育程度三个人口学指标作为控制变量,采用时间序列分析、T检验及多元回归等多种统计分析方法,检验媒体接触程度对公众关注议题数量的影响。
研究发现,公众对与个人生活密切相关的议题,媒体接触程度越高,关注的持续时间越短;相反,对于城市公共领域的问题,媒体接触的程度越高,持续关注的时间越长;媒体接触程度高的群体在不同时段关注议题的数量相对稳定,媒体接触程度低的群体在不同时段关注议题数量有显著性差异。男性和女性关注议题的数量上没有显著性差异,不同年龄和不同文化程度的群体,关注议题的数量具有显著性差异。

The Empirical Study on the Effects of Media Exposure on Public Concerns  
AbstractThis study attempts to measure the effects of media exposure on the volume of public concerned issues with the methodologies of Time series analysis, T test and Multiple regression analysis. Within this research framework, this study takes media exposure as the independent variable, the volume of the issues concerned about by the public as the dependent variables and the demographics as the controlled variable.  
This study found that the degree of public attention will be decreased along with the extension of their media exposure in terms of the their concerns on issues closely related to public life. On the contrary, the public attention grows along with media exposure in terms of their concern on issues of urban public space. Furthermore, the study found that the group with higher media exposure concerned a relatively fixed volume of public issues at a certain stage. While the group with lower media exposure presented significantly different concerns at different stages. In terms of gender consideration, there was no significant difference between male and female audience in terms of the volume of their concerned issues whereas age and education background brought about the differences in terms of the ivolumes of the issues they concerned.

内容摘要:以批评性报道著称的《南方周末》在21世纪以来发生了一定程度的改变。本文通过对2000-2007年《南方周末》的头版头条分析后发现,在报道主题上,《南方周末》开始突出时政新闻和公共新闻;在报道倾向性上,《南方周末》更注重客观中立;在地域范围上,《南方周末》一如既往地成为异地监督的典范。这些转变与当今的社会发展进程息息相关。

Abstract: Since entering the 21st century , the Southern Weekly, ever celebrated by its criticism report, has been changed its way more or less. Through the deep analysis of the leading articles of this newspaper from 2000 to 2007, it can be seen that the Southern Weekly has started to highlight the importance of politics and public affairs in the reporting theme; and on the tendentious of the rep- ort, it especially pays attention to the objectivity; also, it has been always in the lead place super-
vision to other regions. Evidently, these transformations have close relations with the development of society.

新闻生产与社会控制的张力呈现
——对《南方都市报》深度报道的个案分析

内容提要:本文以新闻生产社会学为研究视角,以新闻生产与社会控制的关系为核心问题,对《南方都市报》深度报道进行个案研究。文章采用深度访谈、实地观察等研究方法,分析该报深度报道新闻生产过程中政治控制、市场控制、组织控制等因素的不同影响,并尝试用“策略突围”、“默契协同”等概念对其实践特征进行描述。由此,进一步揭示社会转型语境中,主流都市报的新闻生产与社会控制之间的复杂关系。

The tensions between News Production and Social control:
A case study of Southern Metropolitian Daily’s Indepth reporting
Abstract: The paper adopts a perspective of sociology of news production to do the case study of Southern Metropolitian Daily’s indepth reporting. Based on indepth interviews and field observations, the paper analyzes influences of political, market and organizational control on Southern Metropolitian Daily’s production of indepth reporting(especially its investigative reporting), and describes its features of strategic breakthrough and tacit cooperation in media practice. Further, within the context of a society in transition,the paper discusses complicated relationships between social control and news production of mainstream metropolitian newspapers.

内容提要:本研究以新闻架构为分析框架,通过对1979-2008年《工人日报》有关“工人”议题报道的内容分析,探讨我国转型期工人群体的媒介表达状况。研究发现,工人群体的媒介表达状况不容乐观,“工人”议题报道的新闻框架受限于意识形态藩篱。通过转型期前后两个阶段的工人媒介表达状况比较发现,工人议题的报道不仅未随政治经济体制改革的深入而得到改善,反而有所弱化。本研究因此提示,在推进传媒市场化改革的同时,须注意把握媒介的公共性方向;须特别重视我国转型期社会的媒介近用权问题和传播权益问题,将之视为十七大所提出的社会改革方案中有关社会公平的重要组成部分。

AbstractThis research analyzed media coverage of working class- related issues in Workers Daily during 1979-2008. By news framing analysis, the study found that, the media expression of working class is very limited. Further more, the media coverage of working class tends to be weaken after 1992 while China’s great transition going deep.

内容提要:本文以数字时代作为研究背景,对我国传统报业面临的技术困境进行了分析,面对快速发展的数字传播技术,如何寻求发展契机展开研究,试图为我国报业的发展提供帮助。提出了三个发展对策,包括规划和建设数字媒体传播平台;发挥资源优势,拓展立体传播;深入数据挖掘,推进报业创新等。

Technical Difficulties and Development Strategies of China’s Traditional Newspaper Industry in the Digitalization Era
AbstractThis thesis studies China’s traditional newspaper industry in the digitalization era,analyses technical difficulties in it. In the face of the rapid development of digital communication technologies, finds ways for the industry. This paper provides three development strategies, includes the planning and construction of digital media platform, takes advantage of resources and expands multidimensional communication, develops data mining and promoting traditional newspaper industry innovation.

内容提要:盈利模式问题是媒介产业发展中的一个战略性问题,二次销售模式作为媒介产业的核心模式在媒介融合的进程中逐渐显露出其单一化、线性化和低增值化的缺陷,由于媒介融合的影响,媒介产业价值链出现网络化、柔性化和同构化的发展趋势,媒介产业在此趋势中应通过价值增值、价值链转换和加强价值链治理实现盈利模式的创新。

Innovation of profit model in the converging media industry: the value chain perspective
Abstract :Profit model is the strategic issue in the media industry. The dual sales is the core of the media industry.There are some defaults in the profit models such as  single, linear and low value-added in the converging trend in the media industry.As the impact of convergence in the media industry  appear gradually, the value chain of media industry take on network-based, flexible and similar  structure.The innovation of profit model in media industry should focus on  value-added, value chain transformation and governance of  the value chain management.

内容提要:本文对刘少奇的新闻和宣传思想进行了全面而详尽的研究。作者认为,刘少奇以总览全局的战略眼光,在关键时刻对党的新闻和宣传工作所作的一系列指示,总体上是正确的和富有创见的。他善于根据具体情形和变化了的环境,总结出可以用来指导新闻和宣传工作的带有规律性的认识。他能够从实际出发,大胆提出一些系统而独到的改进党的新闻和宣传工作体制的见解。刘少奇的新闻和宣传思想,是对毛泽东个人的新闻和宣传思想的必要补充和修正,从而构成了作为中国共产党第一代领导集体思想结晶的“毛泽东新闻和宣传思想”的必要组成部分。

Liu Shaoqi’s Ideas on News and Publicity and its Theoretical Significance
Abstract: The article presents us an all-around but detailed analysis on Liu Shaoqi’s thought on news and publicity. The author shows us that with his comprehensive and strategical vision, Liu has made a series of crucial decisions related to news and publicity, which have generally been correct and creative. Liu is good at summarizing some regular understandings to direct our work based on specific occasions and changing environment. In the meanwhile, it is also truth that he often suggests some systematic and unique understandings on working system of the press. Liu’s ideas,
being supplement and modification of Mao Zedong’s personal thoughts on this field, constitutes a necessary part of “Mao’s Ideas of News and Publicity”, the Party’s first generations leader group’s collective wisdom.

内容提要:《国闻周报》是由民国时期著名报人胡政之创办,存世时间较长,影响较大,但又被新闻史学界长期忽略的一份时事政治性周刊。可以说,至今对该刊的研究还是一片空白。本文从文本与观念两方面,评析《国闻周报》在新闻学研究上对后世的价值与贡献。在文本方面,《国闻周报》表现出了对新闻学研究的自觉,发表了大量的有关新闻学的言论及论文;在观念方面,《国闻周报》在办报宗旨、办报方针、办报精神、办报态度等几方面留下了可资借鉴的思想资源,对当代的新闻业具有启示意义。

“KuoWen Weekly”’s Value and Contribution to the Journalism Research of China
Abstract:"Kuo Wen Weekly" is a current political affairs magazine, which is started by Hu Zhengzhi and has a long history and make a relatively great effect in the Period of Republic of China.But, the important magazine has been long ignored by academic world, and It can be said that there is a gap to be filled. This article from two sides to discuss the contributions and values of " Kuo Wen Weekly" in journalism research.. In the texts of respect, "Kuo Wen Weekly" showed the consciousness in journalism research, and published a large number of papers and remarks about journalism.In the ideas of respect, "Kuo Wen Weekly" left a intellectual legacy in purposes, guidelines, ideas, attitudes in running a newspaper, and also had a enlightening to the contemporary journalism.

日本《官报》的设计理念

内容提要:近年来学界对中国近代官报的研究逐渐多了起来,那么同时期国外的情况如何呢?本文虽不属严格的中日近代官报比较研究的论文,但笔者认为通过对日本《官报》设计理念的分析也可提供一点参照。日本官报的设计从明治初年开始直到1883年《官报》创刊,重点在1880年至1883年这三四个年头。本文关注明治政府中的那些官报设计者的思考过程(他们的目标以及他们顾忌什么),笔者认为,官报设计理念直接反映了政府与新闻媒体之间的关系,也是考察政府在现代化进程中角色定位的一个重要方面。

On the Design Notion of Japan’s Official
Abstract:As scholars pay more and more attention on Chinese modern official press in recent years , how about the research in the similar field abroad ? This article is not a rigid comparative study between Chinese and Japanese modern official newspaper, but I believe my analysis of the design notion of Japan’s Offical can contribute to it. The designing process started in the early years of the Meiji and ended in 1883 when Official was established. The most important period is the one from 1880 to 1883 . This article concerns the designer's thinking in the Meiji government (including their aims and scruples), The author believes that the design philosophy directly reflects the relationship between the government and the news media, and it is also an important aspect of investigating the government ’s position in the process of modernization .

内容摘要:本文运用产业组织理论SCP范式与创新理论的研究范式,重点检视了当前制约中国广告产业发展的两大核心问题,即低集中度与泛专业化,在此基础上,提出创新广告产业的具体对策,即创新广告产业运作模式与发展模式,坚守高度专业化作为广告公司的核心竞争力,在高度专业化的基础上构建广告产业集群,以创意寻求广告公司新的业务增长点。

Crisis of China’s Advertising Industry and Countermeasure of Industrial Innovation
Abstract:By using the SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory and the innovation theory paradigm, the article makes an in-depth analysis of the two core problems that currently hinder the development of China’s advertising industry, which are low concentration and pan-professionalization. The author points out the countermeasure of industrial innovation. The first one is the innovation of industrial operation pattern and development model. The second one is persevering high degree of professionalization as the core competition of advertising agencies, and constructing advertising industrial colony on the basis of high degree of professionalization. The third one is searching for new operation of advertising agencies by using of creativity.

广告解读的哲学探讨
--广告意义构建的层递模型与“共同理解”

内容摘要:受众与广告文本的双重复杂性,导致其解读方式呈现出多样化的形态:从哲学释义学的角度审视,它主要包括相对还原、意义重建、文本误读、理解讹谬等四种基本方式--它们已然构建成一个有序的层递性梯级模型:从相对还原到理解讹谬,受众对广告的理解离文本原意愈来愈远;如果反过来则愈来愈近。广告解读有着特殊的规律性,如果说文学艺术解读是以意义重建为主的话,那么广告解读中居于支配地位的则是相对确定性的“还原”。上述四种模型绝非都是合理的,而是存在着是非正误之分:前三种可以说是广告的正确释义,后一种则明显是错误的解释。这种正误判断绝非任意为之,而是严格遵循“共同理解”这一科学标准的必然产物。

A study of philosophical of interpretation of advertisement
----A hierarchical solving modeling of construction of advertising meaning and “common understanding”
Abstract:The dual complexity of the public and advertising version leads to varied interpretations. From the perspective of Philosophical Hermeneutics, it mainly contains four basic ways (of interpretation). They are the relative restoration, reconstruction of meaning,misinterpretationof the text and misunderstanding etc. They , which have already constructed a hierarchical trapezoidal model of order. From relative restoration to misunderstanding, the public's understanding of the advertisements is straying from the original intention of the text. It, or it works oppositely the other way round around. The relatively certain“restoration”) dominates the interpretation of the advertisement. The above four models above are by no means all reasonable;some and some is right while the rest is wrong.The first three could be called the right interpretations of the advertisement; however, whereas the last one is obviously wrong.The Such a right/ wrong judgment is not made at random but; instead it is the necessary inevitable product of strictly abiding by the scientific standard of“common understanding”.

广告素养的日常呈现:以大学生对广告的社会使用为例

内容提要本文的主要目的在于,通过对受众社会性地使用广告这一现象的考察,加深对广告素养的理解。研究采取半结构式的深度访谈法,对30名在校大学生进行了考察。结果发现,对广告的社会使用是一种在受众的日常生活情境中经常发生的现象,本文重点分析了其中的四种表现形式:广告的“俗语化”使用、作为一种语言游戏的使用、在社会交往中的使用以及在日常生活中的借鉴式使用,这些使用均展现了受众对广告的接受、解读、评价和使用的丰富性,并折射出受众在真实的“素养时刻”所启用或没有启用的素养能力的情形。

Performance of Advertising Literacy in Everyday Life: The Case of Undergraduates’ Social Uses of Advertising
Abstract: This study examines the audience’s social uses of advertising to deepen the understanding of advertising literacy. Using semi-structured in-depth interviews with 30 college students,the study indicates that the social uses of advertising are recurring phenomena in everyday life of audience. This paper focuses on four forms of social uses of advertising: the uses in becoming part of the vernacular, in language plays, in social interactions and referencing uses in daily life, reflecting the richness of the audience’s reception of advertising and the status of their employing (or not employing) literacy skills in real ‘literacy events’.
